Bush Fridge Freezer Internal Bottle Shelf

So my bottom door shelf for my Bush fridge freezer has cracked and finding a replacement is driving me around the bend. I’m wondering if there are universal ones I could buy? There seems to be a serial number on the shelf is WB-D188P10-05<

To complicate more I can’t locate the serial number of the FF anywhere. I guess it must be at the back but I can’t get it out on my own.

Any ideas?

dont know about bush but a lot of fridge model numbers are on a sticker hidden by the salad bins
