Bush Fridge Freezer – Loud vibrating noise

Hi all

I have a Bush Fridge Freezer which is 10 years old. It has suddenly started to make a large vibrating noise when the fridge door is shut. It stops when it opens.

The noise seems to be coming from the rear behind the grill on the back.

I have turned the temperature down to 2, from 4, which has temporarily stopped the noise. If I increase it to 3 then it starts again.

Any advice on how I can fix this myself would be greatly appreciated.

try a total defrost and see if it cures it

if not at 10 years old its probably cheaper to replace it
