Bush HW60-1460D showing error 1

Evening all luckily haven’t come across many of these yet !
Error 1 according to the user manual is door not closed/ interlock fault. SO having read this the cust toddles off to the local spare parts place forks out £ 53 for a new lock ( looks just like the metaflex one hotpoint uses ! ) fits it and gets the same error at which time i get the call. The strange thing is the interlock engages and locks but still gives E1 so apart from the main pcb being gubbed any one any ideas?

Wiring in the motor block is suspect on these and can give the E1 error otherwise sounds like the PCB goosed.

at least its a pointer to check owing to the low purchase price I cant see them wantin to spend much on it but you gotta try !
