Bush temperatures

I’ve just brought a bush washing machine and no matter what cycle it does the temp jumps back to 60degrees how am I meant to know what temp it is actually washing my clothes? It does the correct cycle that it has been placed on I believe but won’t let me wash on a 30 degree even if I select the preprogrammed programs that are set at a 30degree temp it jumps back to 60 degrees

this is an Argos branded machine inmported from who knows where.

All you can do is try a few programmes and feel the glass to see how hot it gets
