BUSH washer/dryer WDNSX86W error 21

Hi,
I have recently bought a new Bush washer/dryer WDNSX86W and it has suddenly started to come up with error 21 on it’s screen.
There are no error codes listed in the user manual,and i’m wondering if anyone reading this post might possibly enlighten me on what this error code means.
Any informative replies appreciated.

if its new ring the service department

by the way Bush as far as I know is an Argos owned brand and have a poor record of quality and reliability and an almost non existent spares availability
