Bush washer dryer WDNSX86W error codes.

Hi, i went to look at a bush WDNSX86W washer dryer. the customer said it was showing E60 error. I cannot find any info on this machine at all. When i went out the error was not there. t
The machine fills and drains but no motor action. I checked the carbon brushes and for broken wires to the motor. can anyone help with this error code please?

thanks Dave. has me even more confused now as there is no motor action and this seems to be a heater fault. further inspection is needed.
