    Hi Guys,

    Machine has no motor action and shows E50 error code. I’m unable to find any technical information on it. Any pointers as to the likely fault please.

    cant even find any parts never mind tech info

    Its going to be most likely either Vestel or midea or some other chinese manufacturer

    All we know at the moment is she got it from Argos and they are probably the only one who can get parts unless we can figure out where its from

    If its vestel it will have a very long serial no so look for that


    Does the programme start and then fail with the error ?

    is it a brush motor or induction ?

    Hi Dave , thankyou for your help . I’ve told her to get on to Argos as per usual she wants it done yesterday so It ‘ ll be more trouble than it’s worth
