Can I ask if you managed to get your heating element sorted?? mine has come up with E3 error which is a malfunction of heating element, and it is not washing properly don’t know whether it is worth getting repaired or buying a new one.

(all the wheels on top shelf are driving me nuts, because the keep coming off, and we ended up taking them all off the bottom rack as they all broke too)
