Butler Cooker Hood

Hi Guys

I’m renting a property with a Butler cooker hood, I’m having difficulty finding a replacement spotlight (on the hood, one of four spotlights has blown) and a replacement charcoal filter. Unfortunately the kitchen was fitted over 8 years ago and the landlord has lost all the relevant documentation.

I’ve had a good look through the forums (inc the search) and I still cant seem to find the manufacturer’s details. I do have a service number for a butler washing machine, however this number appears to have been disconnected (for reference this is: 01245 32 11 11)

Does anyone have a service number, web site URL or know where I could get these parts?

If you can give us the model number off the rating plate inside the hood then we may be able to help with both parts.

I had a look, the only information I could see is as follows:

Type: FSLB
Equipment: SI (or S1) A1-A1-64

I can’t see any other reference to the hood type. If anyone has a manual, that would also be useful
