We are going to buy a Fridge Freezer (not online) and wondered whether anyone has recommendations. We have bought a Zanussi in the past and that was good. Recently we bought a Frigidaire and a Beko, both lasted two years, so not very impressed with those two. 🙁
This is not a difficult question to answer I hope. We had thought of getting a new compressor for our Frigidaire Fridge (it keeps freezing over at the top). We have it on a medium setting. The motor and the light switch off when we turn the dial to ‘0’. On reading some information on this kind of problem I have come to conclusion there is a problem with the compressor.I also read that Frigidaire, the manufacturer, is not very good with spare parts. So it off to the shops and goodbye to our fridge to join the big whitegoods mountain. Any ideas of how we could recycle our old fridge or repair it/get spare part?
