My girlfriend and I will be moving into our first house and we intend to buy a washing machine, fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. We’ve sort of decided on a £250 budget per item, and was hoping that that someone might be able to recommend a reliable brand/model around this price.

Both my girlfriend and and i are are both quite sporty, we both do about 3-4 times of exercies a week (a lot of sweaty gym clothes) plus there will be the regular weekly laundry. I suppose we’d be using it 2/3 times a week.

I’ve sone some basic research and it ive read that brands like Hotpoints are prone to breaking down, but Zannussi are fairly reliable. We can’t afford Miele’s or Bosch’s which seem to be highly thought of. Are there any other brands that we could afford and should consider?

The zannussi models we’ve shortlisted are
    ZWF1621W, ZWF16070, ZWF14070W.

Are these good models or not?

    Thanks,

    Eddie

The ethos behind the development of this washing machine sounds great. I’ve never heard of ISE before and i’m wondering how well they perform. Just a bit wary of investing money into a brand i’ve never heard of.
