bwd129 hotpoint fault

Hotpoint BWD129
put it on a wash cycle and it does first fill does second fill and then the drum spins up quiet fast then it stops drains out and door lock lights flashes constantly along with function lights 1 2 and 4 it does this for about 5 mins before let you reset it

Any ideas I cant seem to find fault codes for this machine anywhere

F13, you have a choice of several possible faults, Drying NTC open/short circuit/fan motor jammed/condenser blocked.
