    Customer rang, haven’t seen it yet and says the machine won’t start and the door lock, start delay and super wash button are flashing. Any ideas? Probably the board as usual?

    Hiya,
    Open circuit motor doesn’t normally give any error codes, machine just locks and sits there.

    Lights 1 and 2 would indicate a communcation error. That would point to the main board.
