C17MR02N0B touch screen intermittently not working

Hi

I have a C17MR02N0B combination oven with touchscreen display about once a week since we git it 2 months a go the touchscreen to swipe to set to which function to use stops working, the timer on/off at the bottom works but not the top functions, i have to power it down to reset the appliance to cure it but i have to re input time and date etc.

Is there anything i can do , i would call out NEFF but it an intermittent fault and i dont want them to just say its working ok and go away or worse charge me for the visit.
I have videod it on my phone
Any idea what they will do if they come out please

took a video the issue and arranged Neff to come out next week have to see what they do
