    Please can anyone help me. My washing machine has stopped. It displays C9 with red light on 1200, flashing red light on Prewash and flashing red light on Rince+. I have cleaned out waste pipes and checked the drain pump and the impeller turns ok. It is a OKO-LAVAMAT 72620 AEG. I am English spoken only but will value any help on this please.

    C9 is mtor related.

    Basically it’s not turning, check the carbon brushes 😉

    Unplug 1st though :zap:
