has anyone used one of these services? im considering giving one a go especially for holiday cover etc so the phone isnt ringing all the time as i use orange pocket landline but dont want to miss calls etc.

Hi Chris,
We’ve used a firm based in Hull called Night&Day PA. They are a small but efficient team and reasonable charges. They have band charges depending on the number of inbound calls. They arranged our diary and took the clients calls sending over a job sheet per customer, a summary of messages and a spreadsheet of bookings.
They are very flexible and will do whatever you need pretty much.

A letting agent I do work for uses Moneypenny, they seem to think it works ok for them…
