does anyone know if this fixed cellular terminal works? anyone ever heard of it?
iv sick of tired of paying a small fortune out for call divert to mobile, iv tied everything under the sun, answerphone, people taking messages, just by trial and error if i want a weeks work i have to divert my calls,
    im a 1 man band.
    anyone tried anything else?

i have noticed that a lot customers seem to prefer to book a repair from a firm with a shop, they seem to get plenty of work,

i think some customers are dubious to pick an repair man out of the book without knowing what there like, they prefer a local business with a shop,
this deosent apply so much with word of mouth moreso with new customers.

What is a Fixed cellular Terminal?Fixed cellular terminals
A Fixed cellular Terminal is a box, which contains a number of SIM cards, depending on your requirements. It sits neatly along side your telephone exchange, diverting calls made from fixed lines to mobiles through the SIM cards, making them mobile to mobile calls.

    Who it’s for
A fixed cellular terminal would most suit companies that make a lot of calls from fixed line office phones to their own fleet of mobile phones.

How it can benefit your business
The benefit of a fixed cellular terminal is purely cost. The average cost of a call from a fixed line to a mobile is 12.5p per minute however with a Fixed Cellular Terminal this cost can be cut to an average of 6p per minute. A saving of over 50{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d}.

    What it does
Fixed cellular terminals divert mobile traffic from your fixed line phones through a SIM card in the fixed cellular terminal allowing you to take advantage of the cost of mobile to mobile call instead of a fixed line to mobile call.

Re: call divert to a mobile

What works for me is a message on my answering machine at home advising customers to either leave a message (to be replied to later in the day) or to re-dial me on my mobile. 8)

That way I don’t pay for any calls, tele-sales people don’t bother leaving messages and 95{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of customers re-dial me on my mobile. Cost = zilch! 😉

Martin im doing this at the moment any exsisting customer always phones my mobile this way,and that would bring the percentage up
but exclude my exsisting customer base the percentage of new 1st time customers dont always phone, and at the moment i need all the calls i can get as iv been off work for 1 year with prostrate inflamation 😥 as i couldent sit in the car or van for long as its like having a golf ball shoved up your Ar*e H*le, any way things are a bit better now and im scouting for work, just before i had to stop work i had more work than i could cope with so i suppose landline problems wasent too much of an issue, hey that reminds me its a brill way to get advertising salepeople off the phone straght away without telling them were to get off, tell em you have to much work, it leaves them stuckand speachless 😆

Only by checking my call reader info when I get back home of those who didn’t leave a message or re-dial my mobile.

I really don’t have any lost calls, those that want me will phone me, those that don’t then I don’t want their business anyway! 😉
