Call Logging Software

Hi all

Following on from my thread asking some questions about Repairs@ (here) I have decided to start a thread asking about call logging software:-

Do you use some and if so what?
What benefits/advantages does it bring?
What disadvantages does it have?
Would you recommend it?

I shall start with these questions and maybe add more as we go along.

Edit: Can’t seem to get URLs to work.
Edit 2: Followed Don’s advice and url now works – now why did it refuse to do that the first time I tried doing it that way.

We have been using “Scams” for as long as I can remember!
Only problem I can see with it is that at VAT change we could not change the VAT percentage. What do get for £75.00 not a lot but has done us well.

We did look into using Fix Zone, but decided against it.

System works well and has a good lay out etc.

Hi Jem

change the to at the end of the url, type in the name you wish to give it and finish off with You will then be able to get a link that looks like this one about repairs .

we use fixzone, not cheap,and stock etc is quite complicated
