    Hi,we use the old nesn call manager system to invoice jobs and i am unable to work out how to change the v.a.t. rates.Does anyone know?

    Which reminds me, if you need to calculate the VAT inclusive price to find the VAT element the calculus is :

    multiply the total by 3 then divide by 23 to give you the amount    .:lesson:
