I have a Brandt Frost-Free Fridge Freezer (Model number CFA310WU). Ice is now collecting at the bottom of the freezer, underneath the bottom draw. The fridge-freezer has been stripped down and all drainage pipes have been cleared. Have found water is lying in the ‘Water Collecting Tray’. With the drainage system cleared, does anyone have any ideas what could be the problem.
    Many thanks…

Should have posted this in the Fridge help section for a faster response.

Maybe a moderator can move it for you? 🙂

    Hi

The likely fault will be a blocked drain behind the panel. If you carry a full defrost ( leave whole appliance off for 24 hrs with the freezer door open) this will defrost it and allow the water to run away,IF it re occurs then you will probably need a engineer to find out why its frozen again.
