I had this dishwasher for 9 years and have just noticed this button! I can’t find the manual for this machine. So can anyone tell me what is it?

It’s the button on the far left.

Hi

Option button for lower rack washing only. Instruction manual is still available on the Bosch website.

Its the self destruct button……whatever you do, don’t press it unless you’re overcome by the enemy !!! 🙂

Thanks. Can’t believe that I’ve just noticed it! After all I’m used to fixing Bosch, Neff and Siemens dishwasher but have not seen one with that button. Mine must be a rarity then.
