Just thought i would share this unusual call i went to last week.my dear customer put two large red candles in her 10 month old built in dishwasher and put it on a hot wash along with a full load of dishes.when the water got hot enough the wax melted and went through the machine.it then emptyed the hot water and refilled with cold,the wax solidified and jammed everything up.I managed to clear it in the end with lots of boiling water.Great fun.

She decided to wash all of her ordemental ducks, one of which was wax. Twas a BSH machine, with that matrix thing up the side, which was completely blocked with set wax! As was the drain hose and sink trap. Twasn’t very fun 🙁
