candy 1400 spin

hi all i’m a newbee and i have a question, which is , i own a candy smart activa system classA+ 1400 spin washing machine, the problem which has just started is the machine gets to near the end of the programme and then goes back to the beginning and starts all over again but on the second run it completes the cycle, any ideas?

Have you checked the filter? It’s behind the kick strip and is locked by one small screw. Undo the screw until the filter front will turn anti – clockwise. Be prepared for about a pint of water so have some old towels handy. Clean the filter and the chamber and refit as a reversal of removal.

i cleaned the filter and unfortunately the problem still exists, may i add that the problem only happens on certain cycles
