Just taken this call.
Customer has a Candy Aqua Viva 130T, not sure about that model number.
Says that machine will lock the door then do nothing else, one or two lights on the front but no mention of flashing lights of any kind. Pipes not frozen.
Not familiar with this machine, any known problem areas?

Think Hoover, Jim. It’s even got the motorised selector switch – always a good bet for illogical faults.
