    Hi
    We have called out to the above with a fault code of d04 coming up on display as soon as machine switched on. we have checked the normal componets eg elements motor thermistor but all meter out ok. any thoughts guys?

    Error 4 on this built in washer dryer is the machine believing it has a flooded base.

    This will either be a flood to base, or a blocked/defective pressure switch or the tube associated with it or in rare cases a defective water valve.
