    customer said water staying in tub now and again , i ran machine on several programs , all worked all pumped out the water any info cheers

    does it only do it when run multiple times in quick succession? If so then maybe the pump is overheating and tripping the thermal cut out.

    dunno jem , it happens once a week its only put on once a day so i dont think so
