My built-in Candy CDI1012/2 dishwasher has started giving me trouble again. Last year I changed the pump and have had no other problems, but recently it has developed an intermintent issue.
It runs through the first rinse cycle, but then when it begins the drain it sounds 30 beeps, completes the drain and stops. The first two lights are lit when the door is opened. All the water has drained out, but I have also checked the bottem drain and cleared out any debris.
Any thoughts on what the problem could be?
    Many thanks.

    Hi Kabie

Reference your post last year with beeping dishwasher, I have the same problem with the 30 beeps which is far more than a standard error code. The number of beeps would indicate the error code, but advised error codes normally go up to about 10-15 so such a high number is not normal

This fact arose after I sent my control board form this integrated dishwasher away for repair. The board did have a fault but it did not fix the problem. It was suggested I try a rinse (non heat) cycle to see at what stage beeping had started as normally the programs start with a couple of rinses to loosen muck before heat cycle hits in, as it could be something to do with heat stage. However on the rinse cycle the beeps arose at completely different time on 2 tests – one after about 7 minutes, and the second time after about half an hour.

This had us stumped and alas unless you found a solution, despite lots of people viewing this posting, it may not be worth pursuing a repair if maintenance exceeds cost of replacement. It has lasted about 7 years like many relationships, so hope it is put to rest in an environmentally friendly way. Thanks for posting.
