    Hi got a customer with one Year old (un used) Candy CDI45.
    Switch on/off button ON, immediately E4 in window near countdown.
    Water inlet and drain OK.
    I managed to clear the fault once, not sure how? and did cold rinse, pushed unit back in -No go E4 again? No kinked pipes or anything?
    Please help?

    If I remember correclty, it is to do with the water in the base

    Did you check if the overflow switch was triggered?

    Also are they using 3 in 1 tablets?

    Please switch off when investigating
