ParticipantHi . Candy dishwasher as per heading. Apparently this dishwasher produces an error code EF which I`ve never come across and it has been double checked by the owner. I suggested if they were sure and it was not E3. Definitely EF. Anyone come across this I cannot even download a manual and that is even via the Candy own website. Any help please??

Thanks electrofix. Very good of you to find the info. Looks like pcb fault then, O` acursed thing! Will see if pcb has to be on site programmed though pretty sure you can get them pre programmede via Candy. On the other hand might just be nuked relay soldering with a bit of luck, I`ll have a good look later on today.
Thanks.April 10, 2018 at 8:34 am #455242electrofix

since there seems to be 6 faults listed electronic control problem my guess is they are all different for some reason.
since I have no tech access i am hoping some other member may have more info
from a post Martin made in known error codes
Ee = Heater element safety switch open circuited.
Eh = Heater element safety switch short circuited.
Ei = Open circuit heater elementhas no EF code but its strange all centred round heater

Thanks. Sequence of events. If set to quick wash or any other programme the machine fills 3 times and pumps out 3 times one after each other then fault code comes up and bleeps.
Had a look at heater since this is common on these apparently but seems ok. Somewhat confused by Kaibart`s response, do you mean that EF is the side fill chamber counter being at fault? Think best to have another look. Had a look at pcb yesterday looks normal, no duff solderings, no blown triac etc…. but could be relay. Beginning to think got nothing to do with pcb being at fault, dunno at present time.April 11, 2018 at 6:21 pm #455245kaibart

Yes if you call it the fill chamber that is what the fault ef is related to and I’ve change 1 or 2
