Participantfascia panel with on/off LHS & half load
RHS knob with 2 lights – on/off(lower) and end (upper)?first pump blocked. cleared, worked ok.
failed again, so found blockage in ubend. cleared.
test ran in shop, worked, opens dispenser, and heats, then faults about 3/4 way thru. anyway, stripped down under and cleared for all blockages, none found. got a big askoll type naff circ pump, but usually it will fill, but this wont even fill now, cant fathom it.,
any advice or diagnostic techniques appreciated!

3 flashes so im assuming its one of the pressure switches are done in by the clogged u bend (it was also on a spike) as its on the test rig, and tehres not a blockage to be found 😀 do you have prt nos for the p/s ? connect and qualtex dont list any for this model 🙁

managed to find and unscrew, nothing holding it down, it clicks ok and shows a break in current when depressed too. so assuming its ok, so looks like p/s ???

ok still no joy with new p/s…
module looks fine, and very basic, cant see why that would fail, elements ok, pumps alright, circ motor seems ok.
completely baffled with this now !?!
any other ideas before i condemn this poorly built badly specced piece of tin to scrapyard in the sky ?
PS does anyone have a module part no for it so i can quote a price to cust…
ALSO one last thing, it seems to hesitate for 10 seconds before flashing the top led, on the last programme and the first 3, the other lowerr 4 progs it flashes a failure instantly… ???

ok has the fill valve have a pressure hose type pipe to it ? these can get airlocked with a drop of water especially when moved will stop it filling with water ,

phil the faults happening will have been down to the ubend being completely gunked up, i cant think of anything other than that being the sole reason for dw not to start a wash…
