    My old (possibly as old as 10 years!) Candy Eclypsa CE 104 has decided it won’t empty. It works well apart from this… it’s not even trying to empty by the sounds of things (i.e. I don’t think it’s a blocked outlet pipe – had this before).

    Any suggestions? Likely cause and cost to repair? Or should I look to replace it?

    At worst, the pump motor will have failed and they’re hardly expensive. Complete pump is HERE, pump motor only is UN51109 and will probably cost you rather less – an email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk for prices and ordering.
