what worries me here is you say fault is no heat but there normally is a seperate error code for the ntc
i would suspect the heater relay on the pcb
to be certain you need to do one of the following
1 change the relay
2 find the coil connections on the pcb and test voltage to relay while machine is running. if its a 12v relay you would expect over 8v when its energised ( alter if voltages sre different)
manufacturers have a habit of undervolting relays. they put 8v on a 12v coil. when relay is new it will pull in but as it gets older relay cant make it
