Candy CIC 60 Start Button Issue

When I press the start button, it won’t keep going. I have to keep the button pressed manually for the dryer to work. Any ideas what this could be and how I can fix it? Thanks, Duncan.

Hi Martin,
Thanks for the reply. Is this a DIY job, or would you recommend getting an engineer to do it. If DIY is possible, are there are Candy service manuals anywhere that could tell me how to replace the part. Thanks, Duncan.

No manuals I’m afraid. Fitting involves removing the front of the dryer. Make diagrams of where everything goes……….
