Candy CIC324 AK fridge too cold

Customer has a candy cic324ak firdge freezer which is freezing stuff in the fridge. Seems to be thermistor fault which is not accesible. Looking thru other posts it seems a common problem and new probe can be foamed in. Any idea of position of existing probe ?

Been back with thermistor and info only to find thermistor is not where indicated. measured very carefully but just not there! very annoying as still the same amount of work involved. Be warned!!!!!

Occasionaly they are nowhere near where they are suggested to be.
