    I have a Candy CM1 612J. the soap dispenser is overflowing there seems to be a blockage, I need to get to the pipe to check, have had the top of but can’t seem to get to the pipe. HELP!

    ease the front lip of the door seal off after removing the plastic clamp.
    the hose can be accessed by putting your hand in to the left at the 9 oclock position.
    plug out first.

    I know I sound stupid but how do I get the clip off?

    Thanks, I have now sorted it. The pipe was gunged up with soap powder.
