Candy CM2136 activa rinse and time to end flashes 3 times then pause, which i thought was pump time out, have replaced pump checked all hoses and even checked and replaced carbon brushes but still got same fault and cant get it to spin what am i missing?

the wash heater has a low earth resistance, insulation test on the heater will prove it.
