    I went out to the above, 13 month old washer dryer and found the drum bearings failed. I advised customer to contact Candy with the view to getting the job done under warranty as a goodwill gesture. (Customer is a pensioner and I’m told machine has light use.) Candy were unhelpful and customer has asked me to undertake the job. I have not changed bearings on this model before, normally interlocks, brushes and pumps. It appears the front panel on the container comes off but not the front panel of the washer! I’m thinking pull the container out the top of the machine but would appreciate a yes or no if this is the best course of action! Thanks gents!

    Thanks Chris, thought as much.
    I’ll take it slowly. Who designs welded on front panels when you have a drum front plate that comes off?!?!
