    hi

it was working fine up until i moved the machine to a different place. what happens basically is switch it on and set a cycle to run. Only thing is it doesnt run. the run cycle turn knob starts to turn a single click at a time and nothing actually happens. i can hear the machine turn on and water did fill up.

did a search and thought it was the belt at the back, but after opening it up the belt is where it is suppose to be.

when i did open the front up there seemed to be a cable disconnected only for the life of me i cant figure out where it should connect to or even if it should connected anywhere in the first place. this can be seen on the 3rd pic

i have taken a couple of pics which are below, if anyone can advise that would be much appreciated.

What your describing is no motor action. This could be a loose connector on the motor or loose wire on the carbon brushes.

Unplug machine before checking this out.

The connector you found loose in the fascia was probably unused all along.

Remember make sure machine is unplugged from the mains.

    something worth checking

on your main pcb, at the top, check the bottom edge connectors are on properly

they have a strange piece on the drum which manages to drag one of the plugs off!
