Candy Combi 2C doesn’t cool

This may be the same fault as others have already detailed, but we have a Candy fridge/freezer where the fridge doesn’t cool. Actually the freezer defrosts when we press the “super” button /has done for years) so we don’t press it 🙂 but more recently the fridge has started giving us grief: A couple of months back a big ice block built up in the back, and the temperature of the fridge started rising; I defrosted, took out the ice but within minutes (literally) ice started reforming in the same place. Now it’s a big block again, and the fridge temperature is several degrees too high (I’d guess 10°C), the compressor is also always on…. (god knows what it’s costing us!)

I’ve a similar problem but the temperature on mine is ok, but for a week it started acumulating ice on the back.

Have you found a solution .
