candy cpc240ff problems.

Can anybody help me. My fridge freezer has gone on the blink. The symptoms are:-
it isn’t getting cold.
the compressor is getting warm and when I put it on the coldest setting, the fan in the freezer stays on.

The stuff I’ve had to eat!!

the serial numbers are model cpc240ff, NLY13k, R600a.
I believe this model doesn’t have a thermostat, it is all controlled from the central module. If it is this does anyone know where I can get a cheap one.

Check that the compressor is running constantly, if it is then it’s likely it’s a system problem (compresor failing or refrigerant shortage).

Yeah it is running all the time.

can you pull out draws to freezer and make sure that at the back of the freezer isnt iced up, and is the fridge working or not
