hi i am having the same problem i have replaced a module but still have the same fault of fridge frezzing things. i have been told by customer who called out hoover/candy after me and the engineer knew straight away the fault was a probe and cut away at insulation. Can you help me with the location of probe and any other info that would help like resistance that i should get for the probe at the module end. regards graham. my email address is agmservices@btinternet.com

Participanti think if hes cut away at the insulation to get at the sensor, and refoamed, it would be easy to spot were it is, wouldnt it?

the customer i went to and replaced the module wont let me back in the house because i replaced the module which didnt fix the fault so he called hoover/candy engineers out and effectively paid for the job twice.and have another fridge/freezer with exactly the same fault which i now know how to fix with a little help.i need to know where the probe is located and resistance of it at module so i can double check it there.

I have the same problem with this model. freezing in the fridge, and the yellow super light flashing. I think a new NTC would cure the problem. I would be very gratefull for the info on changing it.
thanks
