Hi guys help me if you can please. I went to this appliance today customer complaining that it is sticking on the cycles..I put it onprogramme 2 with the 1 rinse before the main wash, where it should fill wash drain and move onto main wash….It stuck after approx 5 mins/3 clicks. Then moved it through to try and get it to heat, I have live on both heater terminals but machin will not heat and stuck again. Any ideas…I am thinking that the thermostat underneath by the heater should have 1 side nc and 1 side oc am I correct or is this a timer fault…OR am I completely going in the wrong direction here??

All help greatly appreciated am still scratching my head here!

The operating thermostat is underneath, the safety stat is protruding through the side of the sump.

Went back to this one today to fit 88 degree stat…was located under the element though. On metering thermostst checked out…found very small earth leak on the heater(not enough to trip electrics)…now machine decides it wants to overfill?? laid it on it’s right hand side as you look at it from the front, dont think i could have upset the pressure switch…
Timer is still sticking on the heat sections and i am getting no neutral to the heater…Really stuck on this now guys…From the info I was sent the pressure switch , stats and timer are all involved in the heat process but could I really need a timer and p.swich…seems strange to me!!

    ANY advise greatly appreciated!!!

    Jazz!
