    The on/off button on my Candy DWI 160 W dishwasher is not functioning. Would this be a simple repair for an ordinary householder and if so how do i repair it.

    Assuming that it’s the switch that’s failed, it looks like a fairly standard snap-in type. You would have to remove the decor door and fascia panel for access.

    There are early and late switches, however.
    P/no 92742815 fits machines up to date code 9637.
    P/no 91206805 fits machine from date code 9637 onwards.
    An email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk for prices and ordering.

    Power off if investigating or fitting.
