    Hello Folks, my candy machine has decided to hold my clothes hostage, the door release button will not work , I have tried turning the power off and waiting but nothing helped.

    Any ideas welcome

    Presumably the locking mechanism has failed. It’s part of the switch bank in the control panel. Tricky little blighter to sort out, pro help might be your best course. Use the repairs@ link to find a UKW engineer in your area.
