it is leaving a couple of inches of dirty water in the bottom , pipes are all clear as far as I can see.
Re: candy extra dry, not pumping out fully
The pump may be failing but it’s more likely a blockage, check the waste hose if it connects to the sink trap, they block there quite often 😉
Power off if you go inside :zap: or maybe ask an engineer to have a look, Repairs@ should provide one.
Model number for further help please 🙂
