    Hi

    We have just moved house and now our Candy Forma CDW 250 is playing up. It works find till it gets to the drainage part of the cycle then it gets stuck and even though there is no water left it keeps on trying to pump out before continuing with the cycle.

    If we reset the timer back to the beginning it wont restart the cycle, it is still trying to pump out water.

    It is possibly flooded in the undertray and the flood protection system has activated, holding the drain pum on. With the power off, drain undertray, find leak.

    On further investigation, i think its not filling enough, the temp sensors are not tripping and the cycle is not moving on. i have blown out the air pressure tubes, but still dont think it has enough water in it when its stuck, any ideas? thanks Tim
