Candy fridge/freezer

My daughter has a Candy Fringe/freezer (sorry don’t have model number) her freezer works ok but her fridge has stopped working.

I’ve been told by one of my customers that if the freezer is working they doubt if it’s a gas problem they think it could be a thermostat problem in the fridge. Would anyone have any advise about this.

Without a model to see what the layout is, it’s impossible to tell you much of anything.

It’s got sensors but not a lot of info on it at all, not even a blowout diagram so sorta flying blind here.

It could be a sensor, that’s possible.

Could be something to do with air distribution or possibly the compressor.

Hard to say to be honest.
