I have a Candy CPCA300K fridge freezer. There are 2 problems; there are splits in both the door seals and the freezer part has too much ice, as in we defrost it then after a few days it is full of ice again and can’t see what is in there because of all the ice.

Are the splits in the seals affecting it and making it ice up too much? Can the seals be replaced or would it have to be the whole doors? And if it’s not the seals causing all the ice then what else could be?

If the door is not sealing then the build up of ice will be caused by this.If they are sealing then it maybe a thermostat problem…
