the water tray & hose were completly dry…. and i could not see any wet place on the back.
But………… today, i found that waterdrops around compressor(black round shape thing on the bottom of back) pipe!! 😯
The water tray& hose are dry today too…although fridge & freezer are working okay…
fridge’s inside back wall has been having powderly frost…I really hope that it is not serious problem…
please let me know what should i do…Many Thanks…

When you say water tray, do you mean the one inside the fridge or the one on top of the compressor ?
If the compressor has condensation forming on it then it may well be serious I’m afraid 🙁 As in, system problems, gas shortage or compressor failure can cause this.
It could also be an insulation problem within the cabinet, not an easy one to tell to be honest, where is it positioned by the way ?

Hello Dave_Conway …
Thank you for your prompt reply 🙂
The water tray is on top of the compressor.
The waterdrops are mainly on the pipe of compressor, and some on the joint area. The fridge is positioned in kitchen, fridge back wall is about 3cm away from kitchen wall.
when we positioned the fridge, it did not stand straight up… so…
i adjust the front leg(?? small one with screw) to make it straight up.again… thank you for your reply….

Almost certainly a system failure then 🙁
Engineer time to be honest to make a final diagnosis, check Repairs@ for one 🙂

Does the fridge run all the time without ever switching off? Are there any lights on on the front panel?
Regards
