Hi There,
I am having a problem with my fridge freezer, yesterday it was making noises as if something was running about inside the back of it and then today the freezer doesn’t seem to be working. There is a lot of ice around the third drawer but the other food was all thawing, there was also a little puddle on the floor at the bottom left corner, any suggestions?

It sounds like an excessive ice build up and the fan was hitting it.
Try a conplete defrost for 48 hours and try it again, if it doesn’t work or happens again within a short time then you’ll need an engineer to check it over.
Should the need arise, please take a look at repairs@ for one 😀
